Power-washed entire exterior to remove all mildew and dirt. Repaired stress cracks to match existing stucco. Primed and painted stucco, windows, columns, doors and gold detailing.



Setup three-story scaffold to prep for painting by sanding, caulking and filled all nail holes on 16 four x four feet ceiling grids. Primed and cut-in four different colors including crown molding.



Stained and sprayed lacquered all interior and exterior windows.




Caulked all exterior windows on six-story building. Primed and painted 49 luxury units along with six 200-foot hallways, main entrance lobby, and stairwells.




Removed existing wallpaper and prepped for installation using oil-based primer; plastered walls smooth (taped and spackled). Used sizer (R35). Replaced and matched missing sections of molding. Installed three types and designs of wallpaper including border.
